The more you reply the algorithm helps you to reach more people. But try to reply in all kinds of accounts - From 500 to 5000.
I reply 130 average and because of that growing very fast.
So how much you reply a day?
Things that helped me on X: posting at the same times, replying to people slightly bigger than me, and not deleting posts that flopped.
The flops teach more.
So X claims that Premium pushes your replies for more reach, and Premium+ pushes them on max.
Naturally I wanted to test it.
Baseline is ~400 of my replies from the second half of September, before the upgrade. Then two weeks on Premium+, comparing replies under the same accounts only.
Result: 1.31x more views.
Meanwhile I went from about 25 replies a day to 100+, and my followers went from 650 to 980 in those same two weeks.
So better investment is more activity on the platform vs upgrading just for more reply reach.
an 8 word reply i left on a cold email post just passed 14k views.
my own posts this week are stuck under 100.
so i'm doing a lot more replies.

if someone follows you and you follow them back, their chance of replying to your original posts gets 4x the weight (5 → 20) 🚀
stop chasing big accounts. build real mutuals in your niche and talk to them 🤗

I spent days posting AI-written stuff and nobody cared, zero views. I switched to just telling people what I worked on that day.

Show what you build, not how you're growing.
Builders my size talk back. Big accounts rarely do.
Replies get you seen. Posts show who you are.
Post less, share more of the real work.
Answer everyone who replies.
Follow people who actually talk to you.
Don't chase views, chase conversations.
And most importantly:
Keep showing up.
9 days ago my posts were getting 18 views. Yesterday one did 1.6K.
Some days it still feels like shouting into the void, but the people replying back make it worth it.

I’m still trying to figure out the right balance between posting/reposting and commenting/connecting with people.
But I think it's somewhere around 15- 20 to 1.
That means for each post, you need to genuinely connect and comment on 15-20 other people's posts.
My daily goal is now 10 posts and 150 comments.
I’ll run a 15-day experiment and show each day how many impressions and follows I get.
Reply agents get smarter when they shut up at the wrong time.
Today on Typingflow: skip locked posts, wait for @mentions, spread replies across engagement hours.
Less spam energy. More actual conversation.

New x-algorithm dump overnight (77d431a). Biggest For You change is cold start, and it favors fresh posts hard.
For You / cold start
Cold-start pipeline actually returns candidates again: PhoenixColdStartMaxResults flipped 0 → 200.
Impression bar to count as cold start: 1000 → 200.
Author follower cap for cold start: 1k → 50k (small and mid accounts still eligible).
Max post age for cold start: 48h → 2h. Older posts lose the boost fast.
Low-impression posts can sit higher: LowImpressionsMaxPositionRatio 0.85 → 0.97.
Thompson sampling for cold start: off → on.
What to do: ship posts when you can hang around for the first couple hours. Early replies and engagement matter more than yesterday. Day-old posts get less of this boost.
Safety / media
Adult safemodel cross-check now only on deluxe+media, skips already-NSFW posts; policy classify errors soft-fail outside backfill.
Brazil 2026 election allowlist grew by 9 accounts (2786 → 2795).
Phoenix / visibility
Ads ranking: MMP click vs view-through heads split; custom + content-view conversion labels added; immersive-only two-tower training configs landed.
Visibility filter retweet path rewritten (single-pass source hydrate + merge) and now returns Found/Filtered result states instead of bare actions. Mostly plumbing.
