What every holiday rental booking site needs:
1. Best photos at the top
2. Live availability calendar
3. Price shown before anyone has to ask
4. One clear Book button
5. WhatsApp link for questions

a simple test for any sales-led SaaS site (no free trial):
can a serious buyer answer these before they book?
1. what does the product actually look like in use?
2. which workflow is for someone in my role?
3. how does this fit next to the tools we already run?
4. why is a call worth 45 minutes of my team's time?
if the answer is "talk to sales" for all four, the first call is doing discovery the website should have started.
If a prospect needs a 30min demo to understand what you do, your website isn’t doing its job.
❌ “An AI-powered platform for next-generation workflow orchestration.”
✅ “Turn support tickets into product tasks. Automatically.”
Good products deserve to be understood instantly.
Your landing page isn't a product brochure
I used to treat my landing page like a product catalogue.
Feature after feature.
Screenshots everywhere.
Every capability had to be mentioned.
Then someone looked at it and asked:
“What does this actually do?”
That hurt.
I'd spent months building the product.
But they had spent 10 seconds looking at it.
So I simplified everything.
One audience.
One problem.
One outcome.
The product didn't change.
The explanation did.
And that taught me something I'll remember:
Your customers don't see the product the way you do.
You see the features.
They see the outcome.
Make the outcome impossible to miss.
A clear promise in the headline, proof the product works (even a simple example), and one obvious next step. Leave out the rest until you've tested those three.
Which one do you usually forget?
Your website can look expensive…
and still lose customers.
Usually because of these 3 things:
• Slow loading
• Confusing headline
• Weak CTA
Most websites don’t need a redesign.
They need clarity.
